Mango Graham Cake

Presenting another easy peasy no-bake cake recipe, the Mango Graham Cake!   No baking skills required, no machines needed and we only used 4 ingredients!  This is a guaranteed crowd pleaser which I am sure you’ll thank me for, the hardest part of this project is WAITING for the cake to freeze  or chill. Ingredients:

2 kilos ripe mangoes, diced

2 packs graham crackers

1 Nestle all purpose cream 250ml whipped

1 can Alaska crema asada, ( or condensed milk for a sweeter variation )

2 food containers with lid, at least 2 inches in height.  

 

Procedure:

  1. Put 3 pcs graham crackers in a ziplock bag, smash to little pieces. Set aside for garnish.6E39CB21-5B40-4F7D-8C76-BE8330ADAE4E
  2. Mix whipped cream with Alaska crema asada until homogenous.
  3. First layer: grab some Graham sheets and cover the bottom of the container, filling in all the spaces between the gaps. E1AAC7A7-6D68-42C0-B9F1-99F51D6EE93C
  4. Put diced mangoes evenly, and generously cover with cream mixture.
  5. Repeat the graham-mangoes and cream pattern until almost full, make sure to leave some clearance space for toppings.  
  6. Sprinkle the smashed graham and mangoes on top. 
  7. Refrigerate / Freeze. Enjoy!

 

Level up your Mango Graham Cake by adding Oreo cookies in your cake.  Simply add Oreo crumbles on every layer and on top of the cake, we used about 10 Oreo rounds to fill all the layers including the toppings!

Here is the dilemma, to freeze or not to freeze?  We decided to place the Mango Oreo Cake in the refrigerator, it took about 4 hours to chill,  while the classic Mango Graham Cake was frozen overnight.  The verdict: kids love the refrigerated version, while the adults love the frozen one. Everybody wins!
